An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Power BI Developer (4–6 Years Experience) to join the team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable, reliable, and secure data analytics solutions while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in developing Business Intelligence reports using Power BI.
  • Strong expertise in Data Modelling, DAX, and connecting multiple data sources.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI Service and application security layer models.
  • Experience in Power BI scheduling and report automation.
  • Strong understanding of DAX queries, parameters, functions, and Time Intelligence concepts.
  • Hands-on experience working with Power BI Service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with Databricks and understanding of Medallion Architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into meaningful insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement reporting solutions that support decision-making.
  • Establish and manage various data source connections for effective data modelling.
  • Develop charts and data documentation to explain algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
  • Analyze existing ETL processes and design improved data integration systems.
  • Implement Star Schema and Snowflake Schema models as part of data modelling activities.
  • Enhance and redesign existing business intelligence systems to improve performance and usability.
  • Create customized visualizations and user-defined calculations as required.
  • Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using SQL queries, filters, and visual reports for deeper business insights.
  • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data access is restricted based on user roles and permissions.
